Subject: Re: [MDBirding] Iceland Gull at Swann Park - Yes

Sorry for this late post. I was able to relocate the Iceland Gull at Swann
Park in Baltimore about 2:30 yesterday afternoon. I was on my 5th pass
through the gulls, and about to give up after 30 minutes of effort, when
suddenly there it was. It is a rather pale juvenile, lightly "checkered"
on the upperparts with pale brown primary tips. Even with not-so-great
light, the small, mostly dark bill was obvious.
