I'm glad the owls are back. I submitted Bullfrog Road to the eBird Hotspot Review Committee and it was approved. So, anyone who finds the owls is encouraged to use the hotspot. Furthermore, anyone else who previously found the owls is encouraged to migrate his or her sightings to the hotspot. Open your old checklist, click "Edit Location," then click "Nearby Location on Map," and select the larger teardrop-shaped marker for Bullfrog Road. If everyone does this, we'll have a better cumulative/running list and far less personal locations cluttering the map.

Originally I was hesitant to post this, because I remember some landowner concerns which arose here in the past, but I think the key points are just to be careful (it's a somewhat busy road), stay as far off the road as possible (both you and your car), be mindful of private property, and keep disturbance to a minimum.
