Great to hear the owls are back Jim and nice to meet you as well this afternoon.
As far as I can remember the property that has conflicts last year was along Baumgardner road and not Bullfrog road. Just make sure not to park along that area. The landowner along the Bullfrog section is a very nice individual. As Tim mentioned be very careful along that stretch as it can get a quite a bit of traffic. I had been there already several times this year during overcast afternoons but was unable to stay until dusk.
