The previously reported female Tufted Duck was still present with the Scaup flock this morning behind the Holiday Inn Express. It was seen straight out from the pier and also to the left of the pier with one of the smaller Scaup flocks, actively diving. Very good scope views. I was able to get a couple documentation shots but the light was still not very good for photos (much more overcast than it is in Annapolis) but conditions may improve later in the afternoon.
