This was a computer-generated hoax. Or maybe, a test of people's gullibility.
That having been said, watching it gives you links to actual Golden Eagle hunting footage including some of a bird that learned to drag ibex kids from the cliffs to their death, and Mongolian tribesmen using Golden Eagles to hunt wolves -- usually 2-3 eagles needed per wolf. Remarkable enough!
