They are all Canis lupus -- all the same species across the northern hemisphere. Wolves once had the widest distribution of any non-human mammal. There are physical differences depending on where they are (wolves in Israel, which I have seen very close up when birding there, maybe 30 feet away!) are smaller, shorter coated and look a bit more dog-like but still have wolves' huge teeth and jaws. The wolves in the Mongolian video look pretty much like our plains Gray Wolf or Buffalo Wolf (not as big as Arctic Wolf).

The wolves in Mongolia are not the same species or, even particularly closely related to the ones we have here. They slightly slimmer and more coyote-like than our wolves, but are genetically wolves.
