This is where I had both Red and White-winged Crossbills a few days ago.
From the Visitor Center - make a left on the wildlife loop and head N towards Lake Allen. When the road turns to dirt/sand, you've arrived.
That said, I had a flock of 7-9 White-winged Crossbills flyover while I stalked out the VC feeders awaiting a Black-capped Chickadee.
