Gene Scarpulla and Dave Mozurkewich were counting at Sandy Point as part of
the Annapolis Count and tried for the bird at dusk from the jetty at Sandy
Point but did not see it.

I met up with Hal at dusk. We scoped the jetty from the South side of the
bridge (Restricted access Northrup Grumman). We could not locate the bird
or even a potential candidate, but perhaps someone made it to the Sandy
Point in time? I'll make plans to visit tomorrow. ;)

Good Brrrrding,

He wanted to alert other folks.
