Please, please, please do not look at that house or the adjacent home and barns with binoculars! This is the exact site of the Frederick Snowy Owl debacle several years ago where birders and/or photographers misbehaved and an incident ensued.
As Diane posted, it is possible to see Snow Bunting at the corner of Rt 85 and Lilypons/Oland Rds, and there is a nice place to safely pull off there. There is no safe or respectful place to pull off at the end of Oland Rd near the farmhouses.
As a general practice, I would also caution against posting the address (and attached photo) of a home on Mdbirding without the homeowner's permission.
