Sparrow numbers were fantastic at Western regional park this morning. The
little entrance "pond" had a large flock of Savannahs. The "good" field at
the back had a fantastic flock of mixed birds.

Did venture into the woods to search for salamanders and lichens. Found my
first Red-backed of 2013 and plenty of lichens :)
