An hour ago, with three other birders, the Common Redpoll (CORE) was relocated at Fort Howard Park. In addition, I can confirm another three CORE and suggest that a larger flock may be present. They seem to move often.

Thank you very much Jon. The Redpoll is a life bird for me and you get double bonus points for finding one [for me] in my home county.
