Tom Johnson passes on this info about the very interesting hybrid hawk out in Frederick County.
The fancy hybrid Red-tailed x Rough-legged Hawk (ID seems very obvious in the field) continued today at the exact location previously reported (here: 39.492177,-77.15943). Andy McGann, Jan Getgood, and I also saw it perched in other locations within 1/2 mile of the original location (here: 39.488153,-77.15501; and here: 39.504405,-77.158981).
