Folks

There has been one at the end of Mattingly Avenue in Indian Head, MD for
several weeks. This bird is across from the boat launch. I also had a
Common Teal (European race of the Green-winged Teal) there on January 4
mixed in with 50 + Green-winged Teal, Common Mergansers, Pintail, Black,
Bufflehead, lots of Mallards, and Ruddy Ducks. A place to check often since
the boat ramp opens to a wide expanse of the Mattawoman wetland.
