I had the Tufted Duck in front of Harris Crab House and Red Eyes Dock Bar on eastern side of Kent Narrows yesterday 1-8-13 around 3:30 Pm till about 4:00 pm when I left. I was even lucky enough to get some photos. Other birds seen as well.
