Bob Augustine I spent about an hour and a half driving on New Windsor Road and the roads around that area looking for the Rough-legged X Red-tail hybrid raptor that had been reported.
We drove up and down all the local roads for a couple of miles for an hour and a half. We found several Eastern Red-tailed Hawks, but DID NOT find the hybrid bird.
I'd be very interested to know if anyone else finds it in the future.
