I was�in the area�of Garland Groh Blvd this afternoon around 4, so decided to see if the shrike was showing itself, but had�no luck.� Both dirt mounds were checked.� Only a single male bluebird was to be found.
Earlier in the week i happened upon 29 Turkeys in�a mixed flock (at least 4 Toms) along Catoctin Creek between MD 383 and ALT 40 in S FRED County.� Not sure when it occurs, but turkey hunting season will be here eventually.�
At the feeders today among the usu birds were 4 Pine Siskins; my single RB Nuthatch continues its visit.
