I got off work early today for an appointment, and on my walk home from the Grosvenor Metro stop in North Bethesda I had an out of season Eastern Phoebe at the retention pond between the Academy of Holy Cross and the new Symphony Park development right off Strathmore Ave. It made a few flycatching forays, but its hard to imagine there was much to catch.
