Just to add some detail to Tim's email, in case anyone cant wait a few months to see one. the heron is in the flooded wooded area at the entrance end of the pond. It is a juvenile but looks like an over exposed photo, I guess because of white plumage creeping in. It was there at 7am and 4pm, so I expect it'll be there today at least. If you're down there and see a Dovekie, let me know. Richard Edden
