Along Oland Rd there are 2 huge flocks of Horned Larks of about 125 each. In the near flock I counted 13 Lapland Longspurs before the flock moved around. In the far flock I saw one Snow Bunting. I did not scope the far flock for more longspurs.
Remember this is a sensitive area and be on your best behavior.
