The Say's Phoebe was seen for about 10 minutes before flying away north toward Sixes Bridge Road (about 3:45 or so). It was first found perched low on a branch which had fallen on the ground. Then it flew toward the large picture window on the front of the gray house and flew up and down in front of it a couple of times. There was someone sitting in the house smoking a cigarette. I waved at her. The bird then flew to the next house and flitted from the satellite dish to the fence and briefly to the ground before flying off.
