You are most welcome John! I was very excited to share, and it was good to meet you!
I did not get to Keysville Rd until a bit after Mark Hoffman had left. After searching the surrounding areas for about 1 hour, I spotted a bird doing flycatching behaviors in front of the blue shed and blue VW. We had wonderful views of the phoebe as it flew in and out of the large deciduous tree, and on and off of the picnic table. It did not seem to be put off by us being parked so close by. It was never very high off of the ground. It had a nice black tail, dark head, pale chest and a pinkish-yellowish (maybe just the light or my aging eyes) belly. Pumped its tail and liked to behave like a flycatcher and hop around quite actively. After seeing spectacular views, I had to go fetch John, since I could see him not too far off standing in the road!
Thanks Bob Ringler for this great find and to Mark for posting and helping me set my mind on going out today.
Did also try to find the longspur among the lark flock with no luck.
