Joe Hanfman has pointed out that the name I gave in yesterday's post
concerning eBird HotSpots, referring to the location where a
Black-headed Gull has been seen frequently in Baltimore County, is incorrect.
The correct name for this new HotSpot is:
Hunt Valley Towne Centre
(don't ask me why the pseudo-English spelling -- I have spent almost
50 years in the U.S. trying to unlearn things like this!)
The new HotSpot can be seen as a red pin with a flame in the middle
if you use the Find it on a Map method of submitting checklists to
eBird. It is located in the shopping center, just East of I-83 and
just North of Shawan Rd.
