Protocol: Stationary
Comments: Conditions: 48�F (falling), Partly Cloudy, Wind: W at 28 mph,
Humidity: 46%. Jay Sheppard and I hightailed it down to Oxbow Lake after
observing the Little Patuxent River levels had risen to over 12.8 feet at the
gauge at Jessup, MD.

Great Blue Heron 1
Bald Eagle 1
Northern Flicker 1
Common Raven 1 Continuing. Heard calling from the north (in the direction
of the Annapolis Junction area)
Carolina Chickadee 2
Tufted Titmouse 2
Eastern Bluebird 6
American Robin 4
