Hey everyone, today I visited Sparks Road in Caroline County where I
encountered a large flock of Horned Larks, Lapland Longspurs, and Snow
Buntings. The birds were feeding on both sides of the road and flying
about so it was difficult to get exact numbers and my count of Horned
Larks and longspurs are probably low.
Horned Larks -- 188
Lapland Longspurs -- 12
Snow Buntings -- 7
European Starling -- 2 (flyby)
