That's great News Mike! I think we have all learned a little something from this.
At least not to place blame on an individual or group without first getting the hard evidence. I had this strange feeling that this might have been rather explainable and perhaps an act of innocence. At least now we can all breathe a little easier.
There will be folks out there that will continue lay blame and question the ethics of both photographers and birders. That is their loss! And there is plenty of unethical behavior by both. That is our loss! There is not much any of us can do about it but try in cordial ways to educated these individuals. And that's better done with smiles and gentle coaxing instead of snobbery and animosity. We have much to contribute to each other all in the interest of our feathered neighbors.
