One of the tricks to finding Oscar is to be sure to look carefully in the backyard of the house on the NE corner of New Enterprise Court. This can best be done, without appearing to be snooping, by standing on the high edge of the field across the street then looking back toward the house. I suspect the homeowner is feeding Oscar corn as he is often seen walking around to the back of the house then disappearing back there somewhere.
