Subject: [MDBirding] Bullock's Oriole No, through 2:00 p.m.

I arrived at the Kirkwoods' about 10:20 and enjoyed their hospitality until
they had to leave at 11:00. The oriole had no shown itself as of that time.
So five of us adjourned to the outside, and stood the watch. Our numbers
dwindled to one, myself, only to be joined by a young man and his father,
but the oriole still did not manifest itself.

The Screech Owl, however did poke its head out of the box some time between
11:00 and 12:00. About 1:15 5+ American Crows harassed a pair of Red-tailed
Hawks, and perhaps about 1:45 an adult Bald Eagle flew over.

I have a suspicion that there is a Black-capped Chickadee lurking, but never
got a good look or size comparison, and no voice I heard sounded right. At
least two Red-breasted Nuthatches are frequenting the feeders.

Has anyone created a shared eBird location?

Thank you to the Kirkwoods!!!!!!
