Went to Merkle Wildlife Sanctuary for GBBC walk. We got several White Crowned imm. and 1 adult White Crowned Sparrow at the VC feeders.
On the way out along Croom Station Rd at the depot/railroad pond there were 5 adult male Shoveler ducks, a male Green Winged Teal, a lesser Scaup pair, Canada geese and an immature Bald eagle flying above.
This is the first time I have seen Shovelers in PG County.
