The Eurasian Wigeon was a medium distance out, left center near a point of land, at Peerce's cove, Loch Raven Rd. and Dulaney Valley Rd. I was fortunate b/c if the bird had been just a little farther right, it would have been in the glare, making identification impossible for me. It was in a large group of water birds--Coots, Ring-Necked Ducks, Bufflehead, American Wigeons, and Gadwalls. Other birds in the area: common and hooded mergansers and pied-billed grebes.
