Matt,
Here is a list of all the Louisiana Waterthrush reports before March 21
that I have in my database.

Feb. 16, 2013 Howard
Feb. 28, 1973 Prince George's
Mar. 4, 1973 Howard
Mar. 11, 1994 Howard
Mar. 13, 2006 Charles
Mar. 13, 2007 Worcester
Mar. 14, 1979 Kent
Mar. 16, 2006 Caroline
Mar. 17, 1990 Worcester
Mar. 18, 2012 Talbot
Mar. 18, 2012 Worcester
Mar. 19, 2012 Calvert
Mar. 19, 2012 Howard
Mar. 20, 2012 Cecil
Mar. 20, 2012 DC
Mar. 20, 2012 Montgomery

As you can see the Pocomoke region is not well-represented and Howard
County seems to be the early hot spot. Here are the earliest dates I have
for the counties not listed above:

Wicomico Mar. 21, 1997
St. Mary's Mar. 21, 2012
Baltimore Mar. 22, 2012
Frederick Mar. 23, 2003
Anne Arundel Mar. 23, 2012
Washington Mar. 24, 1998
Harford Mar. 24, 2012
Carroll Mar. 26, 2008
Allegany Mar. 28, 1991
Dorchester Apr. 2, 2006
Somerset Apr. 3, 1977
Queen Anne's Apr. 6, 2002
Garrett Apr. 7, 2010

If anyone would like to chip in with earlier records please do. I have
not checked eBird for additional reports and sometimes I miss other reports
from the list and sometimes people don't report their interesting
observations.
