Was able to spend the day out. Started at Gwynn Acres Path and had a flock of Siskins. Interesting behavior as they crept on the tree trunks picking at lichen and moss..... short video http://flic.kr/p/dXzt73
Found a Barred owl in a cavity...had another one later at Hugg Thomas in one of the pine stands. http://flic.kr/p/dXtMSi
Had to stop to find some sparrows....nice group of Swamp Sparrows in the beaver flooded woods.
