While scanning through 2000 gulls at eastern sanitary landfill in eastern baltimore county, I picked out one 1st winter iceland gull and a 3rd winter lesser black backed gull. No access but was on shoulder of day cove rd and its not safe as heavy truck traffic in and out of landfill rumbling by. Loose pebble came out of one and cracked my car window. We used to have access years ago. I plan on to contact the office for access on weekday - Kevin Graff
