At 0835 a male RNEP walked slowly across the parking lot and into the woods by my office, 4536 Parrish Rd., in the Edgewood Area of Aberdeen Proving Ground (restricted access - military base). Tail seemed shorter than other RNEPs I've seen elsewhere. 10 iPhone pictures taken; one posted on the MD Birding Facebook page. Reported via eBird. Bird also seen by another birder (who is not on eBird).
