I generally agree with Matt. However, BirdsEye doesn't work on
Android phones (despite promises from the developers that have never
been fulfilled). But Audubon Birds for android is said to incorporate
eBird bird finding features. Have not tried it yet, but it's on sale
now for $2.99 and may be worth experimenting with. Link here:
