I photographed the Cackling Goose and Ross's Goose yesterday (Mar 2) around 4:45 - 5:00pm in some nice late fading light while at least the ROGO was relatively close by, both on the McDonough School grounds, near the main entrance driveway.

The CACG is noticeably smaller, a bit greyer, with a noticeably shorter neck. Was fairly easily picked out of the flock of 200 or so CANG.
