I am trying to submit a photo here but I'm not having any luck. I have a photo of a waterbird that I took on Saturday in Havre De Grace. I'm not sure if it's a Northern Shoveler or not. It was seen with a group of mallards, etc. If possible, I'd like to send this for ID.
