At the C&O Canal--Harper's Ferry, just north of Lock 33 and south of the wooden footbridge that crossed the canal I had a Peregrine Falcon. This is Washington County. Deb Hale has reported it, in eBird. at this location several times but I did not see it till my 4th attempt. The Peregrine was on the rocky cliff and 4 Turkey Vultures decided to land on its cliff. The Peregrine repeatedly buzzed the vultures till it chased the 4 away. On the way down I stopped at Resthaven Memorial Gardens off of Rt 15 in Frederick and had 7 Red Crossbills in the southeast corner of the cemetery. This is near the statue of St. John.
