This might be slightly off-topic, but I'm going to be in Williamsburg over the weekend for an open house at William & Mary, and was hoping to maybe squeeze in some birding if I have time. Has anyone ever seen the VA Red-cockaded Woodpeckers before? I'm hoping for some tips on when and where to try for them. Also, if anyone has any info on how to see the Western Tanager that has apparently been a recurring winter visitor there, that would also be appreciated!
