Just started a seasonal naturalist job here at Shad Landing /state park.
I will try to give bird reports and alerts from this neck of the woods on regular basis.
FOY Pine warbler, FOY wood thrush greeted me this morning. Also saw brown headed nuthatches-yes!-, fish crow, bald eagle imm., chickadee, carolina wrens and TVs.
Light rain,warm temps. all seen by nature center.
