Partly cloudy becoming mostly cloudy; 45-56 degrees; excellent visibility; winds starting out from the NW, ending from the W, 10-17 mph, gusting to 22 mph

Raptor Observations:
Decent flight after the rain ended. Lots of local activity as well. Bald Eagles were everywhere, with several pair interactions including one with an Osprey, and with every age represented from juvenile to adult. Four in sight at one time. Four flew north with an estimated 8 others seen.�

Site Description
Fort Smallwood Park is located on the western shore of Chesapeake Bay at the
mouth of the Patapsco River, 11 miles south of Baltimore, MD. Best winds are
from the southwest. The Park is closed to visitors on Wednesdays.
