Make sure to look on both sides of the road for snipe. We found that the wet areas in the winter wheat on the south side of the road held�good numbers of snipe but were not easily seen due to the height of the wheat. They definitely prefer the muddy area in the north field, though. Fields on the south side of the road will not incur the wrath of the landowner as long as you stay on the road.

Just spent 90 minutes on Camp brown Rd. 12 Wilson's flushed twice, but no common. No sign of farmer or any other birders.� PK
