Those birds were all in Kenilworth Park (NOT the aquatic gardens) just west of Kenilworth Ave (DC 295) at the Minnesota Ave exit. The Palm Warbler was associating with a Bluebird in the trees around the lower parking lot just as you come into the large open area.. The Snipe was in the wet tall grass area just behind the goal posts up the hill from and closest to the lower parking lot. The pipits could be anywhere in the short grass, but pipits often hang around the edges of puddles and pools. Good luck.
