Yes I too saw Tree Swallows at my house outside New Windsor today and an Eastern Towhee. I also am pretty sure I heard a Chipping Sparrow.

This morning at the Loch Raven Point, 2 Tree Swallows were calling and flying over the reservoir. On the way home I stopped by Cromwell Valley Park and Tree Swallows were challenging Bluebirds for the #1 nesting box at the entrance road to Willow Farm.
