I just saw an email from the Delaware birding listserv that the Anna's in
Newark has now been identified as a hybrid Anna's x Calliope. This was
based on tail shape, color, and primary feather shape, as well as the late
molt.
Apparently this disqualifies it from being added to one's life list, which
is a shame.
