A quick trip down to Hain's Point in D.C. late this afternoon produced 157
Lesser Scaup, 2 Ring-necked Ducks, 3 Red-breasted Mergansers, 1 Common
Loon, 19 BONAPARTE'S GULLS, and 1 Rough-winged Swallow. No sign of the
Brown Pelicans recently reported from the area.
