Weather:
Mostly sunny; 40-48 degrees; good visibility; winds strong from the west, 10-20 mph, gusting to 29 mph

Raptor Observations:
Another strong flight today. A Bald Eagle chased an Osprey with a fish, both flying low over the water. The Osprey gave up the fish which the eagle then scooped up from the water. A Peregrine Falcon, deemed local, was sighted several times flying high on a hunting mission.

Non-raptor Observations:

Site Description
Fort Smallwood Park is located on the western shore of Chesapeake Bay at the
mouth of the Patapsco River, 11 miles south of Baltimore, MD. Best winds are
from the southwest. The Park is closed to visitors on Wednesdays.
