Jane Kostenko reports that she found no American White Pelicans at the pound nets to the north of the Elms Environmental Education Center in St. Mary's. She just called as she was leaving at 1345. I also noted that Joe Hanfman submitted and eBird checklist from the same location at 0815 today with no pelicans of any flavor. Perhaps they'll come back? Sure hope so!
