Subject: [MDBirding] Am. Bittern, Green Heron, Redhead at Hughes Hollow
Beautiful warm late afternoon at Hughes Hollow revealed an Am. Bittern (heard ker-plunking in right hand impoundment - found in scope after 30 minute search!). Also Green Heron in same vicinity, Redhead in the big open impoundment with Ring-necks and Wigeon, and 5 Great Egrets. full ebird list below.
