we saw a bird yesterday which we were unsure of. We got a picture but it isn't very good. What I noticed was a dark tail and also what appeared to be a fork although this is not clear in the photo. It is either an accipiter (probably Cooper's since it was quite large) or a kite but I haven't seen many kites. so ?? any suggestions? It was at Swain's Lock
