Weather:
Partly cloudy; 74-88 degrees; good visibility; winds mostly from the west with a southwest component early, 6-15 mph, gusting to 23 mph

Raptor Observations:
Local Peregrine Falcons are being seen regularly as was one today. An immature Bald Eagle chased after an Osprey trying to make it drop its fish. A perched adult Bald Eagle took off to join the fray. The immature eagle yielded to the adult and left the chase. The Osprey promptly dropped its fish as the adult eagle closed in.

Non-raptor Observations:
A Common Raven heading towards Sparrows Point; neglected to mention yesterday's Caspian Terns (3), new for the season; a Sora has been calling for a few days; about 20 Northern Rough-winged Swallows.
